Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped via FedEx within 5 to 7 business days of receipt, unless otherwise noted. Each order is shipped per the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and distance.

Cancelation Policy

Each order is automatically processed and shipped in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact customer support (info@louisegray.com) to inquire about a cancellation. If your request is received before your order has shipped no cost will be incurred. If your request is received after your order has been shipped, you will be directed to our Return Policy.

Out of Stock

In stock items are guaranteed to ship within 5 to 7 business days. Temporarily out of stock items will be indicated as such on their product page and will provide an anticipated in stock date. Orders placed for out of stock items will be shipped no later than the in stock date provided and tracking information will be emailed to you.

Care Instructions

Before use, machine wash your Louise Gray quilt on a delicate cycle with cold water and tumble-dry on low. To prevent dye from bleeding, please wash your quilt by itself with a color catcher. Each quilt is constructed using 100% cotton and linen components to guarantee proportional shrinkage and increased softness with every wash. It is the nature of the quilting process for puckering to occur over time. To remove the occasional wrinkle, press with a warm iron as needed.

If you plan to display your Louise Gray throw quilt as a work of art with one of our quilt hangers, we suggest pressing it with a warm iron to remove any fold lines. No washing required!
