Return Policy

A refund or exchange is honored within 15 days of receiving your order for items that are in their original condition. Eligible orders will be provided a complementary UPS return label. Simply affix this to the original package and drop it at your nearest UPS location. Please include any notes or special requests on the bottom of your original packing list.

Our customers are responsible for the care of the pieces they purchase. Louise Gray is not liable for any damages that occur due to improper care. Quality is our top priority and if there is a perceived defect please contact customer support at info@louisegray.com.
