A full refund or exchange is honored within 15 days of receipt of your order for items that are in their original condition. The request must be indicated on the packaging slip provided and included in the shipment back to Louise Gray. The customer is responsible for the original shipping cost in additional any return shipping expenses. All returned merchandise must be traceable with a tracking number.
